We work on 100% prepayment, changes and cancellation of the order are possible at least 5 days before the cancellation of the celebration, in case of cancellation less than 5 days in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable, part of the funds may remain on deposit for the implementation of the next order at the discretion of the management. The amount of the remaining funds will be calculated based on the progress of the order, accounting for the funds spent, purchased products, materials and working hours of employees.
